SAFE OCCUPANCY MONITORING SYSTEM

Our safe occupancy monitoring system enables businesses to view and manage the number of people currently inside a venue.

Safe occupancy is a crucial aspect of building management, particularly in crowded public spaces and is ideal for venues that are required to monitor capacity numbers in real-time to comply with government regulations, social distancing guidelines and venue capacity limits.

Our solution uses highly accurate people counting sensors and cloud-based analytics and reporting platform 'Vemcount' to anonymously track and monitor people capacity levels of entire buildings, rooms, spaces and venues.

Customers using our safe occupancy monitoring solution include:

  • Sports and Leisure Facilities
  • Hospitality venues
  • Art Galleries and Museums
  • Libraries
  • Universities

SAFE OCCUPANCY MONITORING features:

dashboard

Customisable Real-Time Dashboards

People count data is automatically synchronised across multiple devices and provides a live occupancy count reporting dashboard which can be accessed by staff using any device connected to the internet (mobile, pc, tablet). Reporting dashboards are customisable to client's requirements.

occupancy-alert

Get Notified With Real-Time Alerts

Venue staff and security can receive instant notifications via email or sms when the venue capacity threshold is approached or exceeded. This allows employees to take timely action to control the number of people onsite. Our solution allows occupancy thresholds to be changed by the customer as required.

occupancy display

Visual DISPLAY Occupancy Control

Our reporting and analytics platform can be connected to display screens at entrances to show the live occupancy status. This helps to inform customers or visitors whether they can enter, or they should wait etc so they do not go beyond safety limits.

staff exclusion

Exclude Staff From Occupancy Counts

This optional feature is available to exclude venue staff from live occupancy counts and reporting. Staff are required to wear staff exclusion tags which enable people counting sensors to differentiate between staff and customers.

COST SAVINGS

Reduce costs by eliminating the need for staff to monitor venue entry and exit points. Employees and security staff need only become involved when responding to a compliance alert.
